Founded in Emmen, the Netherlands, CLM Nano Energy was established to redefine how energy is stored and deployed at scale. CLM was founded to bring solid-state, non-lithium energy storage solutions to regulated industrial environments, prioritising safety-driven engineering, long service life, and verifiable sustainability.

Built on years of research and long-term technology partnerships, including 14 years of development of our nano technology, CLM Nano Energy has developed solid-state batteries and modular energy containers for durability, stability, and consistent performance.

Our organisation operates with a clear focus on professional and regulated markets. Therefore, our technologies are evaluated not only for technical performance but also against regulatory frameworks and commercial feasibility.

Our systems are developed in alignment with international standards and anticipated compliance requirements, enabling customers to deploy solutions with confidence—both today and as regulations and market demands evolve. We work together with our partners, TÜV and SGS, to achieve compliance.
